1 leaf, 4° oblong format with 10 staves. The music appears on the recto only. At the upper margin, written in a different hand, are the annotations "P" and "X". The piece's last bar bears the indication "a capo". 
Two sketches written in a different hand appear on the verso. The first, a 9-bar sketch of a piece in G major, occupies the first two systems. In the following staves is a 39-bar sketch for the right hand of a composition in B flat major.
