Missing, existing only in photocopy: 1 page, 2° with 20 staves. The upper left corner bears the autograph title: “Salve regina”, followed by “and[ante] religioso”, with the autograph indication: “Canto / Organo” in the left margin. F major, 3/4.
In the first system, the first three measures are sketched one octave higher in the right hand staff of the accompaniment; the rest of the system is blank. Then, beginning on the second system, the music is written out continuously to bar 32, but the lyrics end on bar 26. There is one cancelled measure after bar 4; thereafter, several other corrections.

Missing, existing only in photocopy): 2 pages, 2° with 12 staves. Autograph title: “Salve Regina. Parole di A [. Ghislanzoni (the poet’s last name is missing because the paper is torn)]”. The autograph tempo marking is “Largo religioso”; the instrumentation “Canto / Piano o Armonium” is also in Puccini’s hand.
F major, 3/4, with several corrections. The repeat of all 36 bars is indicated by the abbreviation “d[a]. C[apo].” Evidently, Puccini changed his mind about the last measure, which is crossed out.
