Autograph parts for Ottavino (two parts), Flauti I° e 2°, Oboe I° e 2° e Corno inglese, Clarini I° e 2°, Corni I^a coppia, Corni 2^a coppia, Trombe, I° e 2° Trombone, 3° Trombone e Ophicleide, Timpani, Cassa e Piatti, Violino 2°, Viola, Violoncello.

All of the parts are signed by Puccini. They bear his autograph cut of a 18-bar passage, the addition of 12 new bars, and some pencilled corrections.

Fair copy of the full score.
40 pages (38 pages of music), 4° (30.5 × 22.5 cm) with 20 staves notated in a copyist’s hand with autograph corrections and additions. On the title page Puccini wrote: “Milano Giugno 1882”; at the end he indicated “Giacomo Puccini Luglio 1882 Milano”.

It is very likely that the copyist was Puccini’s brother Michele.
The cut marked in 32.B.2 is deleted from this copyist’s score.

Copyists’ instrumental parts for 1^mi e 2^di Fagotti, Arpa, Violino I° (five parts), Violino 2° (four parts), Viola, Violoncello e Contrabasso, Contrabasso (two parts).
Written by three different copyists; the handwriting in the two Contrabasso parts is probably that of Michele Puccini.
All of these parts also contain the cut indicated in 32.B.2.
Fellerer 1937a, p. 22, reproduced the first 8 bars of the first violins (bars 9-16 in 32.E.1).
