1 double leaf, 4° oblong format with 10 staves. On the recto, in the center, the title “Fuga” appears, and on the first staff there is a fragment in soprano clef, in B flat major and in 2/4 time; on the second and third staves, isolated notes, some of them crossed out; one or two heavily erased words appear between the lower staves on the right. Music on pages 1v.-2r.
